Occupational health is concerned with the requirements for establishing and maintaining a working environment safe and healthy, that promotes optimal physical and mental health of the employee in relation to work and adaptation of the environment to the capabilities of the workers, having in mind their state of physical and mental health, which should provide the resources necessary for workers to maintain and improve the optimal environment of wellness and overall health of the individual, within the social and professional context in which it operates, avoiding and preventing accidents and diseases and promoting health.


The area of occupational health of a company must be willing to attend any worker and timely response to their requests. You must have different tools, protocols and procedures, which constantly changing to adapt to the needs of time and place. They must ensure that persons performing different tasks have the ability and capacity par realization and kept in constant training.
